• Handled Marine Hose international cartel case Yokohama Rubber Company

• Represented and advised Tech MNE’s including IBM, Apple, MS and McAfee on trade practice cases

• Advised on regulatory issues for KASA, a revolutionary blockchain tech-based digital real property transaction platform company, and many others

Bankruptcy:

• Advised Hudson Advisors, a Lone Star company, for its NPL business in the IMF situation in Korea
